2. Returnable Items

  • Toys, Accessories, and Other Non-Food Products: We accept returns of toys, accessories, and other non-food products within 5 days of purchase, provided that the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  3-5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos and videos of product, immediately at care@thecongo.in/+91 63547 52650. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
