What Is CONGO? Natural Parrot Treat Bird Food and Toys from Ahmedabad
CONGO β Natural Parrot Treat is an Ahmedabad-based brand that makes bird food, supplements, toys, perches and aviary accessories for parrots and other exotic pets. Started in 2018, CONGO is built around one simple idea: give bird parents safe, natural and practical products that they can order online from anywhere in India.
If you are new to CONGO, this short guide explains who we are, what we make and where you can start.
Our story: CONGO since 2018
CONGO began in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in 2018 with a focus on natural food, supplements and toys for parrots and exotic animals. From the start, the goal has been to make products that suit a bird's natural habits β foraging, chewing, climbing and perching β and to explain clearly what each product is and who it is for.
Today CONGO serves bird owners across India through its online store, with a studio in Gota, Ahmedabad.
What CONGO makes
Bird food
Our bird food range includes seed mixes, fruit pellets, fruit sticks and grain pellets for budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds, conures, African greys, macaws and other parrots. Every product page lists the pack size and the birds it is made for.
Bird supplements
Our supplements include calcium blocks, mineral grit, cuttlefish bone and powders such as spirulina and moringa. Supplements should be added to a bird's routine only after speaking with an avian vet.
Bird toys, perches and stands
Birds need to chew, climb and play. Our toys and cage accessories include wooden chew toys, swings, ladders, sandy perches, eucalyptus perches and training stands in sizes for small, medium and large birds.
Animal feed
Along with bird products, CONGO offers animal feed such as pellets and feeds for horses, goats, rabbits, alpacas and ostriches.
Why we focus on natural ingredients
Many bird owners prefer to read the label and know exactly what their bird is eating. At CONGO we prefer natural ingredients wherever possible, and we try to describe each product honestly β what it contains, what pack size it comes in and which birds it suits. For specific diet or health questions, always check with a qualified avian vet.
Custom aviary and habitat solutions
Some customers want more than a cage. CONGO also helps plan custom aviaries and bird habitats based on your space, the bird species and your budget. Send us your space details and photos through the enquiry form and our team will get in touch.
